1. Information We Collect

The App strictly follows the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, and necessity, and only collects information that is essential to deliver its core product features.

(1) Information You Actively Provide

The App only collects your phone number, email address, and other identity information during account registration.

(2) Information We Obtain When You Use Our Services

To provide you with core services, the App will access your device permissions after your authorization. Related information is processed only locally on your device and will not be uploaded to our servers.

  1. Camera Permission: When you use features such as photo/video capture or QR code/barcode scanning, we will request your authorization to enable the camera permission. This permission is used solely to obtain real-time camera footage and generate images/videos, or to recognize QR code/barcode information. We do not collect or store the raw camera footage data.
  2. Photo Library/Storage Permission: When you need to upload images, save images/videos to your local device, or select files from your photo library, we will request your authorization to enable the photo library/storage permission. This permission is used solely to read the files you select or save the files you generate. We do not collect or store information about other files in your photo library.
  3. Calendar Permission: When you use features such as schedule creation or reminders, we will request your authorization to enable the calendar permission. This permission is used solely to read your selected calendar information or create/modify your specified schedules. We do not collect or store your complete calendar data.

(3) Third-Party SDK Information

The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs and will not indirectly collect any of your personal information through third-party SDKs.

2. How We Use the Collected Information

We use your information only in the following scenarios, and the scope of use is strictly limited to delivering the core features of the App:

  1. To provide you with core services such as camera capture, QR code/barcode scanning, image selection/saving, and calendar schedule creation/reminders;
  2. To ensure the normal operation of product features and optimize the user experience (such as fixing functional issues and improving response speed);
  3. To respond to your customer service inquiries and handle your feedback and complaints.

3. Information Storage and Protection

(1) Information Storage

  1. All information collected by the App (including permission-related data) is stored only on your local device. It will not be uploaded or backed up to our servers, nor stored on any third-party platform;
  2. You may disable related permissions at any time through your device's system settings, or delete local data generated by the App. Once deleted, the data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

(2) Information Protection

  1. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure;
  2. We only authorize necessary personnel to access related information, and such personnel are required to comply with confidentiality obligations;
  3. In the event of an information security incident, we will promptly notify you in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and take remedial measures.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We commit that we will not share, sell, or transfer your personal information to any third party, except in the following circumstances:

You may manage your personal information independently through your device's system settings or the App's built-in features, including:

  1. Permission Management: You may enable or disable camera, photo library, calendar, and other permissions at any time. Disabling a permission will prevent the corresponding feature from functioning but will not affect the normal use of other features;
  2. Information Deletion: You may delete all local data generated by the App at any time, or directly uninstall the App. Upon uninstallation, local data will be automatically cleared;
  3. Access and Correction: You may view the information stored locally by the App at any time and correct or modify it;
  4. Account Cancellation: The App does not require account registration; therefore, there is no account cancellation process.

6. Protection of Minors

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should use the App under the guidance and with the consent of your guardian. We will not proactively collect personal information of minors. If we discover that such information has been inadvertently collected, we will delete it immediately.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time based on changes in laws and regulations or adjustments to product features. The updated Policy will be communicated to you through in-app announcements, pop-ups, or other means and shall take effect upon notification.
